Scope of Services

• Consulting Only: I provide itinerary design, research, booking assistance, and travel advice.

• Independent Providers: I act as an independent consultant. All third-party bookings (flights, hotels, tours) are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific travel supplier.

• No Agency Liability: I am not a tour operator or direct provider of travel services. I am not liable for the acts, omissions, bankruptcy, or performance of any third-party travel supplier.

2. Fees and Payment

• Consulting Fees: My planning fee is billed from 150 CHF to 500 CHF+ depending on the length and detail of the trip, which may sometimes be credited toward the final booking. This fee is non-refundable and separate from any direct supplier booking costs.

• Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.

• Price Changes: Supplier prices (airlines, hotels) fluctuate constantly. Prices quoted during planning are not guaranteed until a reservation is fully paid and ticketed.

3. Revisions and Changes

• Included Revisions: Your package includes 2 rounds of major revisions. Additional changes may incur an extra fee of CHF 100.-per hour.

• Post-Booking Changes: If you request changes after bookings are finalized, you must pay any supplier change fees plus an administrative fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Travel Documents: You are solely responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates, and for obtaining all required visas, transit permits, and entry approvals.

• Health Requirements: You are responsible for checking and meeting all vaccination, testing, and health entry rules for your destination.

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate legal names (matching your passport) and correct birth dates for all bookings.

5. Travel Insurance (Mandatory Recommendation)

• High Recommendation: Comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and interruption) is strongly recommended for all trips.

• Waiver: If you decline to purchase travel insurance, you assume all financial loss and liability for canceled trips, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellation: If you cancel our contract, all consultation fees paid to date are non-refundable. Any refunds for third-party bookings depend strictly on the cancellation policies of the respective airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

• Consultant Cancellation: If I must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, I will refund any unused consultation fees paid in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Force Majeure: I am not responsible for failure to perform duties due to events beyond my control. This includes natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, severe weather, or war.

• Maximum Liability: My total liability for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the total consulting fee paid by you for this specific trip.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Swiss Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

• Place of Jurisdiction: The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these services is Zürich, Switzerland.
